11:00AM – 1:00PM

The Good News Center invites you to join us as we welcome Frank & Faye Cittadino to our Christmas luncheon series. Faye & Frank will help us explore the power of the Nativity including when it first appeared as a celebration of the birth of Christ in the Catholic Church as well as the meaning and symbolism of common images found in our modern Nativities.
In Pope Francis' 2019 apostolic letter, he encouraged the family tradition of preparing the nativity scene, “but also the custom of setting it up in the workplace, in schools, hospitals, prisons and town squares, praising the imagination and creativity that goes into these small masterpieces”.

Both Fay & Frank have worked to develop arts programs at the local, regional, state, national, and international levels. Currently, Frank enjoys serving as Professor of Fine Arts and Art History at Utica University. Frank has volunteered his artistic talents here at The Good News Center over the past few years restoring the Stations of the Cross on our Peace Trail, and various statues throughout the building. The cost is $12 per person, $10 for 1992 Society Members. Reservations requested by November 29th.
