Stillpoint: Creating Calm from Chaos

Life expects us to move at breakneck speed, never stopping to rest, often doing multiple things at once. Why not take a weekend to slow down and nourish your body, mind, and spirit? Join us for Stillpoint: Creating Calm amid Life’s Chaos, and reclaim your serenity. Facilitated by Mary Poust. Your spiritual getaway will include inspiring talks on bringing prayer into everyday life and creating a still point amid the busyness of your daily life; collage-as-prayer; journaling; silent breakfasts; guided meditations, meditative movement, and hands-on prayer practices to help you discover the divine in the everyday.  Retreat begins with registration at 5 pm on Friday and ends on Sunday at 11 am.

Mary DeTurris Poust will facilitate this retreat.  She is a writer, retreat leader, and spiritual director. She is the author of six books on Catholic spirituality and six books of seasonal reflections. Mary writes about the spiritual journey in her award-winning monthly column, Life Lines, and hosts a podcast by the same name.
