Join us for an informational session with Marybeth Carlberg, MD. on nutrition and how it affects our planet. The nutritional benefits of a Mediterranean diet are now well established. Less known is how eating less meat and dairy is the most impactful thing we can do for our planet and among the top 5 actions an individual can take to prevent global warming. We will discuss both, and how can help you share this information with science-based resources and delicious recipes.

Dr. Carlberg was in clinical private practice in Skaneateles, NY from 1983-2022.  She graduated from the University of Buffalo Pharmacy programin 1976 and received her MD from Upstate Medical University in 1980.  Her residency was in Family Practice at St. Joseph's Medical School.
