NYS Discernment Retreat

Have you felt the Lord tugging at your heart to consider the priesthood?
Young men from across New York State are invited to a powerful weekend retreat designed specifically for those discerning a call to the Catholic priesthood. This annual statewide gathering—sponsored by the Vocation Directors of New York State—offers an ideal space for prayer, fraternity, clarity, and encouragement.

Over the course of the weekend, participants will:

• Join other discerners from dioceses all across New York

• Hear dynamic talks on the priesthood from the NYS Vocation Directors

• Meet and interact with seminarians and hear their vocation stories

• Grow in prayer and discernment through Mass, Eucharistic Adoration, and guided reflections

• Take the next step in discovering God’s plan for your life

This retreat is a trusted, supportive environment for any young adult Catholic man who desires deeper guidance as he listens for the Lord’s call. Whether you have been discerning for years or have only recently begun thinking about the priesthood, you are welcome.
