DESCRIPTION:Men and women\, ages 18 and older and invited to join the next session of Holy Family's (127 Chapel Drive\, Syracuse\, NY 13219) successful weight loss group\, Pray it Off. It's a free\, one-of-a-kind\, Catholic weight loss program that began in January of 2008 and is still going strong! The next session begins on January 8\, 2026 and runs till the end of June. The group meets every Thursday from 6-7 pm in the Parish Hall. There is a one-time $10.00 materials fee. Please call Ellen M.
