DESCRIPTION:Saying the rosary while walking combines physical exercise with spiritual meditation\, offering benefits like reduced stress\, improved mental clarity\, and deeper prayer focus. This practice turns ordinary\, active time into a "rosary walk\," allowing for meditation on the life of Christ while surrounded by nature. Join us for our 21st annual Rosary Walk on Wednesday\, August 5th at 6pm here at The Good News Center’s Trail of Peace.We will also pray the Rosary  in our Meditation Garden for those unable to walk the trail. Seating will be provided.In case of inclement weather we will pray the Rosary in our beautiful chapel.We will be offering a Greek dinner from 5-5:45 pm consisting of chicken skewers with roasted red peppers and onions\, rice\, Greek salad\, pita bread and assorted beverages. Baklava and vanilla ice cream will be offered after the Rosary.The cost for dinner is $25 per person. Reservations for dinner are accepted starting June 1st and must be paid in advance by July 29th. Please make reservations by calling us at 315-735-6210 Monday-Friday or online under the events calendar at goodnewsfoundation.org.No reservations are needed for the Rosary Walk.
