Jail Ministry Annual Movie Night & Fundraiser

This year's movie, Attica, is an award-winning documentary on the biggest prison riot in US history, occurring in Attica, NY in 1971. The movie is free of charge, but we ask you to consider participating in our fundraiser!

The envelope challenge is a unique and fun way for every community member to donate. We have 150 envelopes, each corresponding to its face value - such as the 129th envelope worth $129 and the 6th envelope worth $6. Our goal of $11,325 will be met once all envelopes are purchased. Where does your donation go?

• Serving all inmates, irrespective of religion, gender, or charges
• Providing hundreds of warm socks for the cold cells
• Offering personal growth classes, Weekly Masses, AA, NA, Bibles and other resources
• Assisting with daily free phone calls for contacting lawyers, employers, landlords, and more
• Sending personal letters and inspirational flyers to over 400 inmates every two weeks
• Weekly visits to those who may not receive any visitors
