Passover Seder with Rabbi Stephen Galiley

Add To Calendar

As a part of our Lenten journey, The Good News Center will be hosting a traditional Messianic Passover Seder.

Christians celebrate Jesus’s Last Supper on Holy Thursday. Jesus was celebrating the Passover at that supper. The Passover highlights the Hebrews escape from Egypt. The Seder that we present is celebrated by Rabbi Stephen Galiley, who celebrates Jewish customs and traditions but also believes that Jesus is the Messiah. He will draw the connections between the celebration of the Last Supper and the Passover meal, the Seder.

The dinner will consist of a chicken or lamb skewer as well as traditional foods eaten during a Seder meal such as, matzah ball soup, charoset (an apple dish), matzah, tzimmes (a sweep potatoes side dish) and others.

Prepaid reservations are required by March 20th.
