Melanie Littlejohn, president and CEO of the Central New York Community Foundation, will share how her leadership style – centered on relationship development, collaboration, and compassion – has shaped her extensive experience as a community leader. Prior to joining the Community Foundation, Littlejohn served as vice president of customer service and community engagement for National Grid, where she worked for nearly 30 years. She has received numerous honors in recognition of her civic leadership.
